ABOUT WILSON-McSHANE CORPORATION

Wilson-McShane Corporation is a plan administrator for Taft-Hartley trust funds with headquarters in Bloomington, Minnesota. Wilson-McShane has been serving clients in the Upper Midwest since 1969.

Since our first client, Wilson-McShane has had 100% client and fund retention which speaks to our stability and our commitment to dependable service.

In 1996, the Board of Trustees of the Union Construction Workers' Compensation Program selected Wilson-McShane Corporation to develop and administer their vision for an alternative workers' compensation benefit delivery system. Wilson-McShane hired Kevin Gregerson to create and administer this negotiated workers' compensation program, the first of its kind in Minnesota.

The program began operating in July 1, 1997 with four participating contractors, four construction trade unions, and two insurance providers. By the summer of 2009, almost 300 union contractors participate in the program, along with union members from 20 different construction trades with membership in over 40 union locals. 18 different insurance providers (carriers, self-insured funds and third-party administrators) are sponsors of the program.
